The seamless integration of Kia’s legacy CRM provided dealers with a single interface to collect and manage leads, whilst customised APIs ensured all offers remained under the direct control of the Kia Business Centre.
Critically, VPS’ experienced customer service teams provided day-to-day management and analysis of the scheme, allowing Kia to focus resource and attention on strategic direction and scheme promotion.
