Fiat Chrysler Automotive (FCA) adopts VPS Affinity

Despite strong competition and a rigorous selection process, VPS successfully won the tender to provide FCA with a multi-branded affinity scheme that enables the promotion of specific products to select audiences, providing exclusive offers and discounts, without substituting sales from an already well-established retail sector. 

Critically, the VPS Affinity product and service provided FCA with a fully managed solution, reducing their need to commit internal resource whilst maximising scheme uptake through the knowledge and experience of the VPS customer service teams.
